Nach der deutschen Aufsicht BaFin (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht) hat nun auch die britische FCA Konsumenten Privatanleger vor der Kryptobörse Binance gewarnt.

Die BaFin hat den hinreichend begründeten Verdacht, dass die Binance Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG in Deutschland Wertpapiere in Form von „Aktien-Token“ mit den Bezeichnungen TSLA/BUSD, COIN/BUSD und MSTR/BUSD ohne die erforderlichen Prospekte auf der Internetseite https://www.binance.com/de öffentlich anbietet.
Das öffentliche Angebot von Wertpapieren ohne einen gebilligten Prospekt stellt – sofern keine Ausnahme eingreift – einen Verstoß gegen die Prospektpflicht nach Artikel 3 Absatz 1 der EU-Prospektverordnung dar.
